SETUP TIME: ALL DAY ON FRIDAY/SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED ON FRIDAY NIGHT & SATURDAY MORNING 6:30AM TO 8:30AM

VEHICLES MUST BE UNLOADED AND MOVED TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREA BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH. NO BREAKDOWNS OR PACKING ALLOWED BEFORE 4PM. All packing boxes/containers must be stored off site during festival.

You must provide your own tent (10x10) if tent is larger, it is considered two booth spaces. 10x20=2 spaces; 20x20=3 spaces.

IF THE FESTIVAL SHOULD BE RAINED OUT ON SATURDAY, MAY 3 RD WE WILL THEN TRY FOR THE NEXT DAY WHICH IS SUNDAY, MAY 4, 2008.
